Frequently Asked Questions

Are classes in-person or online?
In-person! Our program gives you the chance to practice drawing blood for a minimum of 20 hours before graduating. We believe the best phlebotomists are those who have extensive hands-on practice under the supervision of qualified instructors.
What can I expect to pay?

We believe in transparency! While costs vary by state, our pricing includes tuition, books, supplies, and the national examination fee - no hidden charges. Enter your zip code below to view pricing for a campus near you.

Are payment plans available?

We offer flexible payment options to make tuition more manageable. A deposit secures your seat, with full tuition due by the halfway point of class. Pre-payment allows you to register up to three months in advance and make payments before class starts. Enter your zip code below to see what financing is available in your state.

What exam will I take?
Our program prepares students to take either the NHA or NHCO national phlebotomy exam. Depending on your state, you will be able to choose which national certification you would like to pursue.
How is my class structured?
Class time is divided between bookwork and hands-on practice. Students will learn theoretical knowledge, such as anatomy, ethics, and lab safety. Practical experience is gained by drawing blood on live individuals in the classroom lab.
Is there employment support?
Yes! While we do not offer job placement, our class is designed to fully prepare you for employment. You'll gain valuable hands-on blood draw experience and receive professional resume assistance. We also share live job leads from employers with our students. Plus, if you need additional practice after graduation, you're welcome to return to your assigned campus for extra training free of charge.
Can I miss a class?
Yes! We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, the first 8 hours of class are mandatory. If you have a scheduling conflict, please contact Student Services to discuss makeup opportunities or additional support to help you stay on track.
